Our aim is to fully close the circular journey of the waste produced, through our ability to manage the whole process – skip hire and business waste collection through to recycling and full material recovery.

Full Description of position

We are a forward-thinking waste management company committed to sustainability, innovation, and excellent customer service. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Apprentice to join our team and help us communicate our mission to the world.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Apprentice, you’ll support the marketing team in delivering campaigns, creating content, and analysing performance. You’ll gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, branding, communications, and customer engagement, while working towards a recognised qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
  • Support the development of promotional materials and presentations.
  • Help monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging.

Working Week

9.00am to 5.00pm Monday – Friday

Qualifications Required

Maths & English GCSE grade 4 / C or equivalent qualification
