We’re proud to announce that North West Recycling (NWR) is now an official Club Partner and Waste Management Partner of Carlisle United Football Club for the upcoming season.
Founded in 1995 as Brampton Skip Hire, we’ve grown over the past 30 years into the region’s largest privately owned waste management provider, serving Cumbria, South West Scotland, and Northumberland.
Sustainability is central to everything we do. Across our operations, we divert 97% of waste from landfill. At Brunton Park, you’ll now see our colour-coded bins – and by using them, supporters help ensure that a third of the club’s waste is turned into renewable energy after it leaves our site.
But this partnership is about more than waste – it’s about shared values. Our Cumbrian heritage runs deep, and we’re proud to employ over 100 local people. Supporting our team, backing local causes, and giving back to our communities has always been part of our mission.
Carlisle United is a huge part of that community. The club plays a vital role in the life of the city and beyond, and we’re proud to stand alongside them. This partnership gives us the opportunity to connect with fans, families, and businesses across the region – and to share our passion for the club while championing a more sustainable future for Cumbria.
The last two seasons haven’t gone as hoped, but we believe the club is now stronger than ever – on and off the pitch – and ready to rebuild. We’re excited to be part of that journey.
Up the Blues.
